[Personality]
Yukito Tsukishiro was, for a while, Sakura Kinomoto's biggest crush. He made her “hanyan” and shoujo bubbles and flowers and sparkles would appear around him and it was glorious.
In all seriousness, Yukito is a very sweet guy. He's the kind of person that one could go to and cry on his shoulder for hours and hours and he'd sit there and do his best to comfort that person. He's gentle, kind, has a big heart and smiles often. It's no wonder that he was Sakura's heart throb.
He can be a bit oblivious and care-free at times. For example, before he knew that his alter-ego was Yue and he would wake up at random places without knowing what had happened, the thought would only cross his mind for that moment then quickly pass. There would only be a second of contemplation before he returned to his normal state of being. When really, he should have definitely spent more time asking questions about what the heck happened.
At times, he can also be a bit clumsy, tripping over his own feet at random. But this is only at certain times, other than that, he's pretty much viewed as amazing. That may be due to it being from mainly Sakura's point of view. Other than that, he's an intelligent boy. His favorite subject is math and he isn't really bad at any other subject. He's excellent at sports, often helping out various teams when they're short players, though he hadn't joined a single one of them.
He also eats a lot. He eats an amount that's not normal at all. In fact, he should be a lot bigger with how much he eats even with the energy he exerts. Sakura calls it “low mileage”, but it's really due to how much energy it takes for him to exist alongside Yue.
Yukito isn't bothered by much. Perhaps it's because of his care-free nature or the fact that he really isn't bothered by most things. Unless of course it has something to do with his friends and their safety, then he is very much bothered and will do everything in his power to help them.
On top of all of that, he is a very loyal and dutiful friend. He would never do anything to hurt those close to him or allow them to get hurt. If he has the ability to help them, then he'd do so. He is a very giving person and even said that he would give all of his food to someone who didn't have any because he would be able to.
The people that he's closest to are Touya and Sakura. He had been best friends with Touya ever since he arrived in Tomoeda and started attending school with him. This was perhaps started because he was drawn to Touya's powers subconsciously. Either way, he loves Touya and cares for his sister very much.
But then there's Yue.
Yue is the original form. Yukito is only the dummy form when Yue is laying dormant. Yue can see everything Yukito sees, yet Yukito can't see anything Yue sees.
Yue is the moon card and the judge of those that want to utilize Clow's powers . He is one of the two guardians of the book of Clow and the servant of his mistress, Sakura. . He was created by Clow and loved his creator as his master and would have accepted no one else as such. If he had known that Clow reincarnated himself, he would have tried to find that person, but it was his destiny to become Sakura's. Because Sakura touched something inside of Yue, he was able to accept her as his Mistress.
He is nearly the complete opposite of Yukito. He's cold, harsh, calculating, and aloof. He doesn't eat at all. (Even though he doesn't need it anyways. That never stops Kero.) He can seem very mean and is never seen smiling.
Regardless of how distant and icy he seems, he has a very devout heart towards Clow and now Sakura. He even realized how his Yukito form started feeling about Touya and knows that Touya sacrificed his own power to save him. His heart is slowly starting to merge together with that of his mask's. He also likes sleeping.

>His powers would be more limited here in Somarium. He only really comes out when he needs to and since Somarium is a peaceful place, I don't see him coming out often. The only times he may come out is if Sakura is in major danger that not even Yukito himself can help her with. Yukito is pretty athletic and capable, so it would probably only be when Sakura is in mortal peril. (i.e. Falling off of a cliff, getting attacked by noctare/powerful character, things of that nature.) And even for that, he might not even have enough energy to keep it up for long.
And I think it would be interesting to have the moon phases affect his powers. Like, on the full moon cycle, he may be more inclined to come out and just fly around and bask in the energy where as new moon phases, he's pretty much coma'd and even Yukito might feel a bit more sluggish than normal.
[Affection] Yukito is really sweet, so really, any type of affection is allowed. He, himself, won't overstep any boundaries he feels that are in place. So unless he knows your character likes hugs he won't hug them.
The only thing that might make him be like "Whaaaaaa--?" is if someone randomly makes out with them.
[Fighting] Go ahead and pick a fight, but he'll most likely return it with kindness and won't fight back. And if a character is putting his life in mortal peril, then Yue will pop out because "AW HELL NAW YA DIDN'T JUST TRY TO KILL MY DORMANT FORM! I'LL BUST A CAP!"
